REQUIREMENTS:
Has completed at least a second year of college education, preferably in marketing, business management, commerce, or any related field of study.
Preferably, with 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent analytical, time management, and attention-to-detail.
Has an individual pool of prospective clients.
Has leadership and business development/sales experience in the BPO industry.
Tech-, web-, and social media experts.
Proficiency in using Google Suites.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Great communication skills with Chinese and Japanese clients are highly encouraged.
Has self-discipline, strong work ethics, and personal and professional integrity.
Willing to work on-site.
Preferably lives within Metro Manila.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities.
Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
To bring business opportunities to the organization (Lead Generation).
Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that develops our customer base and broadens the company’s global reach.
Manage the year-end and month-end closing processes.
-Meet and exceed KPIs and have the ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
Advanced time management skills.
Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value propositions.
Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the sales department.
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
